it should look a little better than this.
at least it's in color, so... that's a plus.
there are literally hundreds of free fonts available that you could use to design a stunning logo for your comic.
just imagine "STAR RACCOON" written in an appropriate sci-fi font instead of the very ordinary, what is that.. MS comic sans?
increasing the pixel dimensions of the page art will help keep the ink lines from looking jagged. i don't want to sound harsh, but this looks like you drew it on your phone. a comic called "Star Raccoon" deserves better.
these are just a few ideas. I hope you take them in the friendly spirit in which they are intended.
